Notify C4C Opportunity of FollowUp Sales Order of Sales Quote in ERP

Hi all,

we are creating SAP ERP Sales Quotes from Opportunities in C4C. Can please someone explain how the C4C Opportunity is notified of a Sales Order which was created based on one of this Sales Quotes? Which Communication Arrangements are needed and what is needed in ERP?

Up to now, this is just working for the Sales Quotes.
