switch off create serial nos. automatically

Hi,

    We receive serial numbers from a supplier and we want to force receiving to input the serial number provided by the supplier in the MIGO tcode. However the system has the "create serial number automatically" button and we want to switch it off so that no one in receiving creates serial number on the fly. We have to use the serial numbers provided by the supplier. Is there anyway I can hide that button or switch it off ? I tried via security as well but the first attempt allowed me to create the serial number automaticlly even though the test role did not have IQ01 access.
