This is a good feature when added. But at the moment, the best you can do is to:
- Select all columns.
- Convert to Syntax.
- Copy the SQL script to Excel spreadsheet.
- Sort the columns in the spreadsheet.
- Build the SQL script and copy it back to DW.
At least that's one workaround when there's nothing else
