Actually your report layout alignments got disturbed during the upgrade process. Slight deviations are common. You have to adjust them properly in WAD 7.3 by getting into edit mode.
1) Your report title web item has come to left assignment instead of middle. You have to adjust it..
2) Company Code have to be adjusted with left alignment.
